This particular video recalls to mind one Emil Liers (1890-1975), a onetime professional fisherman on the Mississippi River who would later operate a trained-otter menagerie near Winona as was rather popular in its time.
He also wrote several children's books, among them An Otter's Tale and A Black Bear's Tale, and would serve as technical consultant to Walt Disney on one of his True-Life Adventures.
He will be missed ... and the Emil Liers Otter Farm will likewise.
